Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel

We really liked this hotel. I really liked that there was another room/area with a table, sofa bed and TV in adition to the bedroom. It was a convinient location for driving to different parts of the park. There were a couple of restaurants nearby walking distance.

We loved our stay at this resort. The location is the biggest perk as it is walking distance to everything--Heavenly Village, plenty of restaurants, and even convenience stores. There's a snow play area including a sledding hill right on the property, so you really don't have to drive anywhere even to play in the snow, which is ideal for families with young kids. We brought our service dog and the facility was proudly pet friendly, which is always a relief. Breakfast buffet was great. All the hotel staff were helpful and friendly, albeit scarce at times. Pool was heated and clean towels were stocked and restocked promptly. They have free hot chocolate and smores for kids 13 and under daily, which is nice and makes you feel welcome with your kids, rather than an inconvenience.

The room location was decent. We were located on the third floor. The room was super clean and spacious to fit 5 people. We booked 2 queen beds and it also came with a sofa that can turn into a bed. The room came with a diner table as well which was a plus. The location was super close to everything within a 5 minute proximity.

It's a hidden gem! From the front of the hotel you don't understand how massive the hotel is. The internal lobby space is spacious and, the breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. We had a wonderful time with 3 families and we all had plenty of space. The proximity to the other restaurants and casinos is really key! We will ABSOLUTELY return!!!
